The Comboni
Lay Missionary Program provides a 14-week preparation
program in the U.S., plus language training, insurance,
and ongoing support overseas.
Candidates
are accepted into our training program after successfully
completing the application process. This process involves
completing a paper application, attending a Discernment
Weekend, attending a Call to Mission weekend, undergoing a
psychological evaluation, and completing the 14-week
training program.
