The Comboni
Lay Missionary Program provides a 14-week formation program in the U.S., plus language
training (if needed), medical insurance,
and ongoing support overseas.
Candidates
are accepted into our training program after successfully
completing the application process. This process involves
completing a paper application, attending a Discernment
Weekend, attending a Call to Mission weekend, undergoing a
psychological evaluation, and completing the 14-week
formation program.
